At the Law Offices of Sandra M. Rosenbloom, we are dedicated to practicing family law and finding solutions to legal issues out of court using a Collaborative process or mediation. Too often, it is not the divorce itself, but rather the traditional approach of divorce litigation that fractures families and devastates the friendships that enrich our daily lives.
We begin by learning more about your situation and your needs — whether it is representing you in your divorce, renegotiating post-decree matters such as spousal support or child support, updating a parenting agreement, or developing a pre- or post-nuptial agreement — and then recommending an approach. Whenever possible, that approach will include Collaborative Divorce (also referred to as Collaborative Practice), mediation, or negotiated settlement to reach a solution.
We are committed to facilitating cooperation rather than emphasizing differences when negotiating legal agreements for our clients. Our clients are committed to working through differences to reach solutions that reflect their needs, while considering the needs of their spouse, and, so importantly, any children that may be involved.
Collaborative Divorce, mediation, or negotiated settlement may not be the right approach for every client. If we discover that your situation is best addressed using a traditional litigation approach, we will refer you to the appropriate legal counsel.
